Our family recently had the pleasure of working with Coleen this summer. We lived in Lake Zurich and just wanted to move into another house in Lake Zurich. We have kids which made the move all that much trickier with logistics, and wanted to move in the time frame of the school’s summer break. "Coleen was awesome to work with. We gave her a very short timeline and a broad idea of what we wanted/needed, she excelled on all fronts. We looked at 20+ houses in just over 2 days. We were relocating from another state, had limited time to look, and a very specific move-in request. When it came to negotiations, she was our biggest advocate and ensured we came in with fair numbers based on facts, I am numbers driven and she made me very comfortable with the numbers. When the contract from House 1 was obviously not working out post-inspection, she helped us with our next steps through to a contract on House 2, which was our favorite but listed higher than we wanted to pay. Her negotiating skills were essential in aligning the agreed price of House 2. In all honesty, House 2 was one I'd initially discounted based on the information available on-line. She was always accessible and prompt at providing information and advice before, during and even after the home purchase. She was more than willing to show us a variety of houses even after we warned her that if we didn't see anything we liked at a price we wanted to pay that we would likely push off buying a home another year or possibly more. She contacted us immediately when the house we bought had its asking price lowered to within our range, and was able to line up a number of visits to comparables so that we could quickly make an offer. The efficiency with which she acted could very well be the reason we aren't still looking at houses. Would highly recommend Coleen specifically to anyone I know looking to buy a house in the area.

Coleen is fantastic! We worked with her previously for both finding a rental for ourselves as well as selling our rental townhouse. When the time came for us to purchase a home she was our first and only call. Coleen had us in touch with a mortgage broker and out seeing properties the next day!
